Shai Gilgeous-Alexander delivered a stellar performance, scoring 31 points and dishing out eight assists, to lead the Western Conference-leading Oklahoma City Thunder to a 121-105 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday night. This win marks the Thunder’s 10th triumph in their last 11 games, solidifying their dominance in the conference.
Isaiah Hartenstein contributed significantly with a career-high 24 points and 12 rebounds, while Isaiah Joe added 19 points off the bench. Chet Holmgren also made his presence felt, recording 16 points and eight rebounds.
Despite Giannis Antetokounmpo’s triple-double—21 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists—the Bucks struggled to find their rhythm. Damian Lillard managed 19 points but was limited to just 3-of-9 shooting from the field.
The Thunder showcased their offensive efficiency by shooting 51.7% from the field and dominated the boards with a 50-34 rebounding advantage. This victory not only underscores their recent success but also sets a franchise record with 27 road wins this season.
With a 56-12 record, Oklahoma City continues to assert its position as a formidable force in the league, eyeing a deep playoff run.
