Bengals bring back 12 players onto practice squad after roster cuts
Among the players waived by the Bengals on Tuesday included offensive lineman Trey Hill and wide receiver Shedrick Jackson, who each have seen several games on the field for Cincinnati during the last two seasons.
Two players, cornerback Jalen Davis and quarterback Logan Woodside, had their contracts terminated, making them free agents.
On Wednesday, it was announced Davis has agreed to stay on in Cincinnati per a source.

Jackson and offensive tackle Devin Cochran are signing back on with the Bengals practice squad.
Linebacker Shaka Heyward is set to remain in Cincinnati, per a source. Heyward joins the Bengals initial practice squad.
Wide Receiver Kendric Pryor plans to stay on with the Bengals, per source.
With the Bengals’ three-game preseason slate now concluded, the team will have just a few weeks to prepare for the season opener on Sept. 8 against the New England Patriots.
