The incident comes seven years after the star’s same home was destroyed in a fire.
While it’s not immediately clear how the landslide has affected the home’s stability, it’s said pipes and other parts of its infrastructure have been left exposed and it has had all utilities cut off.
KABC reports the ground gave way next to the luxury black on Sunset Plaza, taking out a lot of the landscape and terrain surrounding the singer’s abode.
At the time of the 2015 fire which decimated the property, Johnny said he’d owned it for over five decades.
More than 40 firefighters worked to douse the fire which caused the home’s roof to cave in.
He called himself “very lucky” to have not been in the property at the time, but also admitted to being “a little sad of course” at the destruction caused.
