Golden Knights Forward Nears Return
Brett Howden skated with the team in a red no-contact jersey; his return is imminent.
Brett Howden, a Vegas Golden Knights forward, is nearing a return, as he skated in a red no-contact jersey at Saturday’s practice before the team’s game against the Detroit Red Wings.
Howden has missed the past seven games due to an upper-body injury sustained against the Nashville Predators on February 20.
He has 13 points from 54 games (five goals and eight assists).
Given the Golden Knights’ recent roster additions, Howden’s position remains unknown. When he returns to health, the Golden Knights will have a full complement of forwards with NHL experience, and they will only get stronger with time.
